Directions	Consult a Physician. 50mg daily for the relief of depression sometimes caused by oral contraceptives. For convulsions in infants caused by pyridoxine deficiency, the dosage is 4mg per kg body weight. For the treatment of anemia induced by pyridoxine deficiency in adults, the dosage is 50 to 150mg in divided doses.
Uses	Used as a supplement and to prevent illnesses associated with pyridoxine deficiency.
